A studio-based  game show in which contestants compete for cash, while attempting to beat the ultimate rival - the clock. One must survive until the final question and after answering it, one either wins the money or leaves empty-handed .

The rules of the game are simple: Each second is worth money.
The contestant is given a topic and has to state as many items as possible, in that topic - with limited time.

At the end of the game the contestant faces one final question for all the cash that has accumulated in the account.

Clockwise is a game of all or nothing! There are no exit points, no way to bow out with the money except for answering the final question correctly.
